the homestead
Our fully livable tiny home and park model, and the go-to unit for tiny home villages and long-term rental parks. Every Homestead has a full bath, kitchen, and living area, is over 20ft long, and is plumbed and wired like a stick-built home. Utility hookups connect just like an RV. Ask about bundle pricing on 3+ units or a custom layout for your property.
the frontier
The Frontier is our 16ft suite with a full bath and living area for a queen bed and 4ft bar top. Built for RV parks, campgrounds, and hospitality brands that want private-bath suites for overnight guests. Its small footprint fits on existing pads and in unique spots, and it connects to water and septic like an RV.
the scout
The Scout unit is our dry camper build. No water or septic connection, just electrical connection and optional solar for off grid use. Perfect for properties that need more accommodations without running water. In most cases, a permit is not needed since the unit is under 120sqft and has no water connection. Solar can be added to make completely off grid. Pair these units with our bathhouse builds for your glamp site.

The Outpost is our signature A-frame, built for glamping resorts and growing campgrounds. A 14' x 8'4" dry cabin with electrical hookup or solar, a small footprint, and a look guests book for. Add shared restrooms and showers without pouring a foundation. Our bathhouse units are built for campgrounds, glamping resorts, RV parks, and event venues, in any combination of toilets, shower stalls, or an outdoor communal wash station.
